First post of my blogspot! Let's see how well I do keeping this thing up-to-date.
So today we purchased my mom a Barnes and Noble Nook. The first one was broken or a lemon... or something, so we had to drive it back to BestBuy and exchange it. This new one though seems to be working much better. It's a very neat device. Overall lightweight, easy to use (besides the troubleshooting lemon), and all in all not that expensive. We purchased a nice case and I was able to even throw a picture of Kea on it! ^_^
Time will tell if my mom actually uses it. I'm hoping she does. After all it is the future of books. Pretty soon everything will be done on these e-readers.
My dad has a Sony one...let me know how the Nook is, I'm in the market! I'm really hoping Apple doesn't wipe out all the other ones :P Not that I don't like Mac things...but I sort of want a Kindle, lol.
